Critical Journey A: Routine Execution
Dashboard -> My Tasks -> Open Checklist -> QR/Location validation -> Complete evidence -> Submit -> Auto score -> CAPA trigger (if fail) -> History record
Critical Journey B: Audit to Closure
Audit Schedule -> Execute sections -> Multi-level sign-off -> Finding raised -> CAPA assigned -> Verification -> Closure -> Export report
Critical Journey C: Sensor Breach Response
Sensor threshold breach -> Alert -> Auto task/CAPA -> Manager escalation -> Corrective evidence -> Verification -> KPI update
Critical Journey D: Attendance & Approval
Shift plan -> Clock in/out -> Exception detected -> Manager approval -> Attendance finalized -> Payroll/report export
Authorized Experience Outcome
Each user is routed to the correct panel and can access only entitled modules, permitted pages, and scoped location data.
Navigation Standardization
Information architecture follows a consistent structure: Dashboard -> List -> Detail -> Action -> History/Reporting.

Template Library LifecycleDiscover -> Import -> Own -> DeploySOW Industry Pack + Module Entitlement
Explanation
The Template Library exposes pre-built checklist, audit, and CAPA templates tagged by industry (Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, etc.). Company Admins browse, preview structure and fields, and add copies to their tenant. Imported templates become company-owned drafts until published; entitlements and role permissions still govern who can edit or assign. This aligns with Industry Pack Architecture and reduces time-to-value without bypassing governance.

Explanation
Sensors that require calibration (temperature probes, etc.) track last calibration date, certificate upload, next due date, and responsible party. Overdue calibration triggers warnings on the device row, optional automation alerts, and can block “compliance-grade” readings in reports until resolved. Leave / Absence Integration (PTO, Sick, etc.)Balances vs ShiftsSingle Source of Truth
Explanation
Absence requests (PTO, sick leave, unpaid leave, bereavement, etc.) are stored in the employee’s availability profile. The scheduler compares each published shift to approved leave periods and remaining balances. If someone is on leave, they cannot be assigned overlapping shifts without an override; the system surfaces conflicts, suggests replacements, and feeds attendance so that clocked time does not contradict approved absence. Balances decrement when leave is approved (or when payroll accrual rules apply); partial-day leave splits shifts so only the non-absent portion is schedulable.

Holiday Calendar & Automatic Shift AdjustmentsCompany + Location RulesCompliance-Aligned Rosters
Explanation
A master holiday calendar (company-wide or per country/region) marks non-working days. When holidays apply to a location, the system can automatically move recurring shifts, mark shifts as holiday pay, or cancel open shifts. Rules are configurable: e.g. “no work on public holiday,” “shift moves to next business day,” or “keep shift but apply 1.5x rate flag.” Managers see a preview diff before applying bulk adjustments; employees receive notifications when their rosters change.

Multi-Timezone Rules (Distributed Sites)Location TZ + Display RulesOne Global Schedule, Local Truth
Explanation
Each location has a canonical IANA timezone (e.g. Asia/Riyadh). Shift start/end times are stored in that location’s local time; the platform converts for display when a user or manager works across zones. Company-wide reports use a chosen reporting timezone or UTC. Day-boundary rules (e.g. “night shift” crossing midnight) are evaluated in local time. DST (if applicable) is handled by the timezone database; locations without DST remain stable. The scheduler never mixes two zones in one shift record—each shift belongs to one location.

Incident Reports (Logbook) (SOW 12.5)Structured IncidentsCAPA Entry Point
Explanation
Incident Reports are a dedicated register of operational and safety incidents created from the logbook type “Incident Report” or from this list view. Explanation
Default landing after auth and role routing. Aligns with SoW §18.1: shared widgets for all users; Staff-only personal scope and optional performance; Manager-only team, approvals, location KPIs, attendance, and priority alerts. Content respects role permissions, assigned locations, module entitlements, and real-time updates; each count opens My Tasks (or the right module) pre-filtered.
