1. Introduction

By registering, accessing, or using the Bringesse Driver App (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Driver Registration

To become a driver on Bringesse, you must meet the following requirements:

3. Driver Responsibilities

3.1 **Performance Standards**  

You agree to maintain a high standard of service, including but not limited to:
- Providing a safe and pleasant experience for passengers.
- Ensuring your vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Complying with local laws and regulations related to transportation, including traffic laws and safety rules.

3.2 **Prohibited Conduct**  

While using the App and providing services, you must not:
- Engage in any illegal activity, including driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Discriminate against or harass any passenger.
- Refuse rides based on race, gender, or any other discriminatory reason.
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3.3 **Vehicle Requirements**  

You must ensure that your vehicle meets the safety and quality standards as prescribed by Bringesse. Bringesse reserves the right to inspect your vehicle periodically and to disqualify any vehicle that does not meet the requirements.

3.4 **Accepting Rides**  

You are not obligated to accept every ride offer, but you are expected to accept reasonable ride requests unless you have a valid reason to decline (e.g., location, safety concerns, or technical issues).

4. Payments and Earnings

Drivers will earn payments based on the following:
